Yoga for Mental Health

It was a privilege to teach a short yoga session at the recent Shine Bright UK session for Mental Health Awareness Week.



This was a fun session with lots of participants ‘finding joy’!


I shared a breathing technique to calm and some simple movements. We then did the ‘breath of joy’ to help create fun and energy.


Yoga helps reduce stress and anxiety, promotes mindfulness, and improves overall well-being.


So, roll out that mat and find your calm.
