We thought we’d give you a sneak peak of our ‘Nourish to Flourish’ Yoga & Wellbeing Afternoon - coming to 50HillRise Richmond on 9th Nov.


Nicky Gaylor had over 16 years experience working in the menopause space, running @sylknatural and working with experts from the British Menopause Society. I’ve been teaching slow flow/ hatha yoga for 6 years now, mainly to women in South West London. Yoga can be hugely beneficial for managing menopause symptoms.


Come along to learn techniques to unwind, learn self-care  & leave with your own life plan for achieving calm and balance.
