As the crisp autumn air settles in and the leaves paint the world in warm colours, there's a natural invitation from the season to slow down and savour the present moment in our yoga practice. Just as nature gracefully transitions, so can our bodies and minds benefit from a more deliberate pace on the mat.
Slowing down in yoga allows us to sync with the rhythm of the season, fostering a deeper connection with our breath and the earth beneath us.
As the days shorten and the world around us prepares for winter's rest, taking our yoga practice at a gentler pace can be a therapeutic way to honor the natural ebb and flow of life.
Join me this weekend for a slow yet strong yoga practice to strengthen and energise, then we'll end with a yoga nidra (guided relaxation) to ensure you emerge refreshed!!
3.15pm, Sat 18 November, Tudor Drive Library, Kingston, KT2.
